Ricard Huguet and his collegues asked children all around the world what do they think about the way they learn at school. The answers are very impactful. We discover that kids spontaneously know what they need to learn, they want to learn how to learn, in new ways, using creativity, play and screens, and that the traditional authority of nhe teacher is totally challenged as kids want new systems like one-to-one and many to many communication. The talk is wonderfully supported by some beautiful and funny pieces of art created by the kids.
Ricard Huguet worked for a few multinational companies of the tech sector, before becoming the Director of Innovation for the city of Barcelona. Today, through the company he has created, he promotes innovation and creativity in children and has worked with 250.000 children in Spain. Ricard is co-chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Vice-President of MIT Club of Spain and President of the Fundación Scientia.
