IBM Workload Deployer (IWD) is a hardware appliance that provides access to IBM middleware virtual images and patterns to easily, quickly and repeatedly create application environments that can be securely deployed and managed in a private cloud.

This IBM Workload Deployer demo covers the following scenarios:

1) A software architect using IWD to define a new application pattern using standardized components and templates.

2) A software developer easily testing their application because of the integration of Rational tooling with the IWD test environment.

3) Promoting code from the development to pre-production environment, defining SLAs, and validating the applications' performance.
