Study says Twitter, Facebook use may lead to divorce
If you use Twitter or Facebook,... and you're in a romantic relationship, you could be at a higher risk of cheating or divorce. That's the claim of a new study out of the University of Missouri. According to the research of a doctoral student,... the more active a person was on Twitter... the more likely they were to experience problems with their romantic partners. That could include emotional and physical cheating, breakup or even divorce. The research is from a survey of more than 500 Twitter-users... of all ages. The student's previous research also found that Facebook-related conflicts could lead to relationship problems.
