World Business: In Western Europe, populations are aging rapidly and soon there won't be enough retirement homes. On top of that governments don't have the money to build new homes or handle the huge medical costs of looking after them. But there are some new developments that could enable the elderly to keep their independence at home and at the same time help cut national budgets.
