World Business: In the 21st Century investors are sizing up Africa with some of the same hunger that the colonial traders did in centuries gone by. Despite much poverty and bad governance, there's a burgeoning middle-class which so far is relatively untapped. Now the world's biggest retailer has gone shopping in the continent's most successful country.
